WILL EXISTING QUEUES BE BROUGHT OVER INTO XFLOW?
No, not at this time. Workflows may need to change, and it would be best to identify those first. Afterward, streams could be created for a specific group. Additionally, you may always create your own streams individually.

HOW DO I UPDATE A PERSON'S CONTACT INFORMATION, OR CREATE A NEW ONE?
In this version of xFlow, you would need to switch views to the classic UI in order to perform that functionality.
